Terms of Purchase for kithouse.se

1. General These general terms of purchase apply to all orders placed by customers via kithouse.se. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in their entirety. To shop with us, you must be over 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. Prices and Fees All prices on kithouse.se are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK). We reserve the right to make price changes, for items to be out of stock, and for typing and printing errors on the website. If an obviously incorrect price has been stated for an item, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

3. Order and Agreement Once you have completed your order, a preliminary order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. An agreement of purchase is only concluded when we have confirmed your order and sent a delivery confirmation. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order (e.g., due to an item being out of stock with the supplier), we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payment We offer secure payments via the following options:

• Klarna

• Swish

• Visa & Mastercard

• PayPal

Any terms and conditions for each payment method (e.g., invoice terms for Klarna) are applied and agreed to at checkout in connection with the purchase.

5. Delivery Normal delivery time is 7–13 working days from the confirmation of your order.

• Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 SEK. For orders under 500 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be added.

6. Unclaimed Packages If your package ends up at a postal agent and you do not collect it within the specified time, or if it is returned to us due to incorrect contact details, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 250 SEK. This fee covers our costs for return shipping and administration. An unclaimed package is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. For a return to be approved, the item must be returned in absolute original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags remaining). You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items. 8. Complaints According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about faulty products. If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us at store@kithouse.se as soon as possible (within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered). Include your order number and clear photos of the defect, and we will help you with a replacement or refund.

9. Personal Data (GDPR) When you shop with us, you provide personal data such as name, address, and email address. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you and request that it be deleted.

10. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., war, strike, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or changed legislation).

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes can also be tried via the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
