- Personalized Print: Additional 2–4 business days

When your shopping cart exceeds 500 SEK, we offer free shipping. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your sweater. Therefore, we offer:
- 14-day return policy from the delivery date
- Return of unused items in original condition
- Easy exchange process — we email a return label
Exceptions
Personalized prints (name/number) cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. Contact us directly if there are any issues and we will resolve them.
Complaints
Should there be any defect with the sweater or if the wrong item was delivered — contact us immediately with pictures and we will rectify it.
