Delivery Time
Our delivery time is approximately 7–13 business days. We need around 4–5 business days to prepare and process your order. If you add badges or printing, this requires 2–3 extra business days on top of the regular processing time. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Please note: The times above are an approximate time frame and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, or delays due to public holidays and other festive periods.
Free Shipping
When your order is 500 SEK or more, shipping is on us. Below 500 SEK, shipping costs 49 SEK. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Worldwide shipping
We ship to customers all over the world, with the same delivery time and tracking. Outside Sweden you pay the equivalent amount in your own currency: €4.95 with free shipping from €45 (EU), £3.95 with free shipping from £39 (UK), $4.95 with free shipping from $50 (US) and NOK 49 with free shipping from NOK 480 (Norway). In all other countries, 49 SEK and 500 SEK are converted to your currency at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your jersey. Therefore, we offer:
- 14-day return policy from the delivery date
- Return of unused items in original condition
- Easy exchange process — we email a return label
Exceptions
Personalized prints (name/number) cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. Contact us directly if there are any issues and we will resolve them.
Complaints
Should there be any defect with the jersey or if the wrong item was delivered — contact us immediately with pictures and we will rectify it.
