Delivery time: Our normal delivery time is approximately 7–13 business days. Once you have placed your order, we have a processing and preparation time of 4–5 business days before the package is shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

Note: Personalized items such as jerseys with prints, names and numbers, and badges require an additional 2–3 days of production time in addition to the regular processing time.

Wash at max 30 °C. Use a gentle, bleach-free detergent, avoid tumble drying, and iron on low heat.

Returns: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized items (e.g., jerseys with names and numbers or badges). Please contact us at store@kithouse.se if you wish to make a return.
