Delivery

How fast will my order be delivered?

We ship the same day if you order before 2 PM on weekdays. Delivery time is normally 5–10 business days to Sweden.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs 49 SEK. We offer free shipping when you spend over 500 SEK.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Sizes & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Our shirts follow standard EU sizes. See our size guide for exact measurements.

Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?

Yes! You have a 14-day open purchase policy. Returns and exchanges are easy.

Personalized Print

Can I get my own name and number on the shirt?

Yes, personalized print costs an extra 39 SEK. Select "With print" when ordering and enter the name (max 12 letters) and number.

How long does it take for personalized print?

Shirts with print take an extra 2–4 business days before shipping.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Klarna (slice it/pay later), Swish, card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Apple Pay.

Discounts

How do your volume discounts work?

We offer automatic discounts: Free shipping over 500 SEK, 50 SEK off over 800 SEK, 100 SEK off over 1200 SEK. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Returns & Complaints

How do I return an item?

Contact us within 14 days via the contact form. We will email you a return label.

Can I complain about a damaged or incorrect item?

Yes, contact us directly with a picture — we will replace or refund the full amount.
